Raw Honey...technically ALL of our Honey is considered RAW because it is not pasteurized and not micron filtered. I do pack honey right from the extractor that is run through a stainless steel sieve to remove any wax particles or bees, this honey crystallizes more quickly and sometime it is in a semi-solid form. This honey is labeled "Unprocessed & Raw", it is packaged in wide neck straight walled jars so it can be scouped out more easily. My clear honey is gently warmed (no higher in temperature than attained in the beehive) and passed through a nylon filter. This honey will stay liquid longer before crystallizing. All of the nutrients are in every container of our honey whether liquid or solid. Honey does not have to have bits of wax or particles in it to be considered raw and healthy for you.
Honey Stix...Honey stix are plastic straws approx. 7 in. long filled with 1 tsp. of pure honey. They are currently available in 20 different flavors.
Creamed Honey... Creamed Honey is Pure Honey, prepared by a special process so it is “Spreadable”.
It is available in plain or Cinnamon
Pure Comb honey... This is honey in its most natural form, just the way the bees stored it, in pure beeswax honeycomb. Comb honey is available in pieces of approximately 12-14 oz. each.
Honey Candy... Our honey candy is made by a commercial confectionery company and packed by us. It is of the hard lozenge type with a honey filling in the middle and available in 5 mixed flavors and available in 1 pound bags.
Beeswax and candles...we sell pure unbleached beeswax available in 1 oz. ingots or by the pound. We offer pure beeswax candles in the traditional dipped and honeycomb rolled. Dipped are available in 6’’, 10’’ & 12’’. Our rolled candles are approx. 8½’’ tapers, available in 12 colors and attractively gift boxed.
